  • For granting a Vorkaufsrechtes pay to the Vorkaufsberechtigten us a commission of 1% plus legal VAT from the sales value of the object.
  • At the rental / lease of commercial properties, a commission of 3 entitled cold month rent (rent) plus the statutory value-added tax.
